Human Resources regulations that are separate from those established
by the Human Resources Bureau at Cook County. Please note that the
CA has not established any independent requirements for Human Resources

implemented by Cook County.
If you have
received information that the Office of the CA has independent requirements
regarding Human Resources policies and practices, please call us at

The Office of the Compliance Administrator has received numerous claims
filed pursuant to the Supplementary Relief Order. The Compliance Administrator
has begun the process of investigating these claims. Due to the volume
of claims the Compliance Administrator cannot give full and fair consideration
to each claim within the 90 day time period allowed.
The
Compliance Administrator intends to file a motion with the Court for
additional time to fully and fairly review all claims. Please check
the website for status regarding the new deadline, claims adjudication,
and rules or other communication regarding claims adjudication.
